When they say extra large, they mean it. This is thick, beautiful, and a nice weight. I don't like flimsy cutting boards; I love this one. Just remember to wipe it with food grade mineral oil once in a while, and it should last a good long time. Plus, it's sustainable, which is a good thing for our planet.

This fits perfect on the top of countertop oven for cooling pad. Worried about wood cutting board, but will be trying it as a cutting board and see if it smells. Worried if it will hold up?

What more could you want from a cutting board? This seems to be a pretty quality, solid cutting board. After washing it the first couple times, I did notice some fine splinters peeling from the board. However, the splintering has diminished over time.I have not used any mineral oil to add back any shine. The board hasn't become too dull or dry yet after only 1.5 months of use. So far, everything seems to be in perfect working order. It also dries fairly quickly in the drying rack, which is a plus!

Perfect sturdy cutting board for $20. The material is beautiful and great to keep on the counter. I used it as a charcuterie board and received so many complements. I have washed it a handful of times and have not noticed any splintering in the material. The hand grooves make it easy to hold and easy to clean up.10/10 would recommend and a great gift idea!

We have had this for several months now. There are no signs of rot and the cutting board isn't splintering. Love this purchase.
