Cheap.
When screwing into back of product the screw went through the front side. In order to get the product tight against your grill it needs to be tight. When I did this it popped through the product.

Lower Quality but holds up
The quality is a little cheap, and feels flimsy. I've had it on in the Canadian winter for about a month now and it's holding up well. So far impressed. Good value badge.
