when making hot chocolate bombs for the first time, this mould is easy to use and easy to wash, well worth the money, I wishede this company made more moulds like this for chocolate work.

These are a total game changer to the hot chocolate bomb making scene. They far out perform their silicone rivals. You get perfect edges every time making sealing a breeze. I found it helpful to outline the fill line making it easier to see. These are great for a smaller choco bomb option. You could fill these with mousse as well. Great.

I've yet to use them, but have seen demonstrations online of chocolate confectioners and other videos. It makes creating cocoa bombs, or chocolate shells for filling almost fool proof, i.e. takes the guess work on ensuring an even thickness of shell and speeds up the process over spooning chocolate in stages. A good investment of money if you're going to be making a lot of items.

I actually love the product but it did crack after 1st freeze and I couldn't find a few pieces, this made me very nervous because I didn't know where they went and wasn't sure if it was in the chocolate or not. I finally cut them up and used them as singles. I wish they were more durable for the price. Be sure to turn upside down in freezer and if they don't come out easy, you did not leave them in the freezer long enough, add back in for a few minutes.
