Beautiful set and comfortable
Have had this set for about a month now. We really like the look and feel of the fabric. It looks like a top grain leather but is softer. We have four kids who are merciless with our furniture so the durability has been a plus. Assembly is easy as it just involves screwing on the legs. The sofa with sleeper is a beast so you may want to get a friend or two to help you move it indoors.

everything but the logistics are good.
the furniture is quite nice, and sturdy. The shipping was an issue. If you don't have 2 strong people to move it into the house you might not want to order this. As well the logistic company took a bit longer than expected, and then missed the chair on the first try. It took another 5 days until the chair got to my house. If you can wrangle this I think it's a winner.

Falling apart. Contacted company and no response yet. Been 2 months.

Customer Service is top notch
There was a problem with shipping at the beginning which put me in a bind because I had friends coming to the cabin I bought and had already given away the furniture that came with it. The customer service was incredible. They corrected the problem and stayed on top of it until I was satisfied. The couches look and feel great.

Love the furniture. Very comfortable. Mattress in couch bed is very thin and you can feel the bars through the mattress.
