There are three compartments for morning, afternoon, and evening which is perfect because I have medicine I have to take twice a day in morning and evening and then I put my vitamins in the afternoon slot. Compartments are medium sized, just big enough for slightly larger pills to fit in with smaller pills, but really big pills might have an issue.
