My wife uses an old HP Laserjet 1320 in her home office. Normally I use HP brand toner cartridges, but opted to choose a compatible cartridge to save money. Box arrived quickly and was packaged well. We had no issues preparing & installing it. Test prints came out clean, no streaks or faded areas. She's been using it for the past few weeks without any problems.

This high capacity toner replacement cartridge works exactly as expected. Way better price than the OEM HP brand cartridge in my HP LaserJet 1320.

Advertised that this AC-H5949XU (HE-Q5949X/Q7553X) fits HP 1160 but it does not. It's to wide and the door won't close.The cartridge arrived in a different box/number than the online image so I returned at a cost of &7.99 and requested the correct one to be sent. Same cartridge sent again. I called True Image customer support and they said Amazon has their own stock and they could not help.I will now return this cartridge for another $7.99 (that's $15.98 on a $25.32 item and I have nothing to show for it except lost time). I'll try another company. Hopefully they will stand behind their product.

Good cuality

Instead of the advertised True Image cartridge I have received a no name Premium Toner Cartridge with these numbers on the box: AC-H5949XU, Q5949X, Q7553X. The cartridge itself is marked H5949X/H7553X. The cartridge came wrapped in the open yellow plastic bag and had 2 red "locks" and a sealing tape. It fit my HP Laserjet P2015dn printer, but not as easy as original one. I have printed a few pages and the quality was acceptable. The "Low Toner" LED is no longer lit on my printer - this means the installed cartridge chip was recognized by the printer. Not sure how long this cartridge will last - hopefully it will outlast my old printer.

I use the toner in my HP 49X . I bought these toners because I have used other toners made by them before. The print quality is excellent and the the price point is amazingly good. I particularly liked the quick delivery and the economy of packaging. I would buy this toner again.
