My son has eczme skin since he was born. I tried different brands and finally found this one is effective for my son. Therefore, I have used it for many years. It is gentle and has no scent. I love it.

We’ve used this on our 4 year old since he was a baby. It’s thicker than most lotions. It keeps his skin soft and clear of eczema.

I had a dry patch on my hand that I couldn't seem to get rid of. It went away after a couple uses of this lotion. My husband has dry hands and said this lotion works the best for him too.

We tried every single recommended brand of eczema bath product, lotion, cream or balm for eczema babies we could find even tried my breastmilk. Organic, fragrance free, limited ingredients, indie brands, expensive brands vs cheaper big name brands. Nothing worked until we tried this specific aveeno product. My daughter had/has eczema from food and environmental allergies. When a trigger gets bad, her eczema progresses to weeping eczema so we were at some points distressed and very frustrated that so many products we tried did not work to relieve her terrible eczema. Even with dr prescribed steroids her eczema was uncontrolled and we didn’t want to continue using steroids that really showed no relief. He primary dr and allergist continued to recommend using the steroids for long periods of time knowing it wasn’t helping but I refused to put my baby at risk of side effects. Cutting out foods in her diet as well as mine when I was breastfeeding, nothing worked. In the very beginning of her eczema around 6 months old, we tried the highly rated aveeno eczema baby balm and it didn’t work, in fact it clogged her pores and made her skin worse so we moved on from aveeno. For some reason, this product did not show up as easily as the balm so it wasn’t until she turned 11 months that we discovered and ordered this lotion and found it was the only product that FINALLY controlled and got rid of her eczema. We were able to test wether this was actually making her skin better when we ran out and forgot to order another bottle. She went one week without this lotion and all her eczema nightmare skin was coming back. Once we received a new bottle in the mail and applied it, her skin showed improvement within hours. Every baby is different, duh, so I highly recommend trying every product you can until you have found the one for your baby. For us, this was the one! Wish I had come across it when she was 6 months old.

Would definitely buy again Pros: -works great for my baby’s eczema -the size is great -easy to travel with FYI: -This is the second time I’ve bought this brand of eczema lotion. I had the jar before and I definitely prefer this container more because I don’t get the lotion under my nails.

Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy Moisturizing cream has been really effective for my little one’s dry, sensitive skin. It’s gentle, fragrance-free, and helps soothe irritation without causing a reaction. I’ve noticed smoother, less itchy skin after regular use. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can feel a bit thick and takes a moment to absorb. Overall, a great option for baby eczema care.

Great option for sensitive or eczema prone skin

My daughter has eczema (mild to moderate) and this product works wonderfully! It’s a cream so it’s thicker and keeps her skin moist. It prevents flare-ups and gets rid of the itch (for the most part). This helps reduce our need for cortisone because we are out ahead of things rather than playing catch up. I cannot say how much we love this. The doctors were even singing praises over how our child’s skin looked at her last visit. NOTE: this works for us; you’ll need to find what works for you. A friend of ours had better luck with other brands. But I would put this on your list to try if you or your child has eczema. Seriously. We only apply twice a day when she is in pants and a long sleeved shirt. We would need to apply it more when she is in shorts. It is expensive but addressing health is a priority for us and nothing else has returned results like this (again, for us). I do not notice a smell. You might want to make sure that you only have this on your hands as it tends almost to seem to break down to water when there are other products on your hands (i.e. other lotions).
