Good Value, Great for Small Shop Spray Booth, Convenient ot Setup and Store.
I have a small dusty woodshop and wanted a smallish, inexpensive spray booth to keep the dust off the lacquer spray finish. I was pleased with the Plantional Booth after the first use. Read on for my observations. -- AWKWARD TO SET UP: It sets up just like a small backpacking tent. The polls are 12' long, so allow that much room to spread the poles out. I managed to set it up alone after a bit of trial and error. -- NICE TRANSLUCENT MATERIAL; The light coming through the white material provides a nice shadowless light, making it easy to see the material as you lay it on. -- YOU'LL NEED CLAMPS: The tent attachments provided for the door and window flap are too widely spaced to fold and secure the flaps closed to keep dust out. I just used a few clamps to keep the material secure and hold it open after closing the door flap. It really could have used zippers to securely close the flaps. -- NICE SCREEN VENT: Opposite the door is a nice screened window to allow the tent to breathe. I used a small fan to help move the dry droplets of lacquer away from the workpiece and out the vent. -- SMALL TO STORE: The entire booth folds up into a tiny package, making it easy to store. -- GOOD VALUE: At $30, I thought it was a reasonable value for the portable convenience of quick setup and the small storage space needed. Conclusion: For the small issues the Plantional Spray Booth has, the value and convenience far outweigh those, and Im very pleased with the purchase.

Easy to put together
I’m only giving it a 4 star because it was unfortunately too small for my needs, so I was unable to keep it and actually use it, so I don’t know how it would have held up. It was super easy to put together, took me probably 5 minutes. The hardest part was taking the poles out, but once’s again, not all that difficult if you went slowly and pushed vs pulled. The poles do seem a bit flimsy. I bought a different tent originally that was 10 ft wide from a different company, and after 1.5 hours of attempting to put together, I gave up and bought this one. I liked that this one “holes” to anchor the poles into on the ends vs pins that don’t stay in place.

Great Portable Paint Tent
This is a replacement paint tent for one that served its time. I actually prefer this one over my previous spray tent, because of its slightly smaller overall size, plus it fits perfectly on top of the card table I keep it on. This tent is definitely for smaller projects, but it's still roomy enough for taller projects. It definitely prevents overspray from getting outside of the tent, which is a huge plus. Two downsides: It would be nice to have some loops at each of the corners so I could attach the tent to the table legs I store it on. This would guarantee no chance of it being blown or knocked off the table. Second downside: It really is a pain to fold up, which is why I always have it ready to go.

Easy to set up, minimizes mess, and protects from wind
While remodeling our kitchen, we decided to build new cabinet doors which required painting. After researching the best techniques and tools to paint, we decided to buy a paint sprayer to make quick work. We wanted an area to paint that would protect the rest of the garage from overspray. Many YouTube videos recommended a paint tent such as this one. There were some smaller less expensive tents, but my husband is 6’3” and wanted it to be taller and have a bit more space to paint multiple doors at a time. This tent worked well for him. He still had to bend over but not as much as some of the smaller tents. He said it was easy to set up and easy to clean up and put it away. It’s still in good shape for future painting projects. I recommend this paint tent to minimize mess and shield from wind while painting.

IS IT WORTH BUY ? It’s up to you
I am giving this painting tent a 3 Star. I always wait to write my reviews because I like to test it a product durability and help other people with good reviews. Now I purchase the 8.4 x 6.5 potable paint tent. Now the MATERIAL of the tent is EXTREMELY DURABLE and I say that because because I decided to spray paint outdoors and I left my project out for 2 days and I didn’t know on the 2nd day it was going to rain but good thing it did because It gave me a chance to see how good was the booth I closed the tent and my project did NOT get wet also due to the upward lift that is has on the bottom water & debris WAS NOT ABLE to get in so my project was safe. HERE IS THE VERY BAD THING on the back top of the PAINTING TENT WHERE BOTH POLES MET TO TIE THEM TOGETHER THE DESIGN OF THE TENT EXTENDS OUTWARD AND WHEN IT RAIN THE WATER ACCUMULATED IN THERE BRINGS THE TENT INSIDE DOWN TO ALMOST TOUCH MY PROJECT MAKING IT SUPER HEAVY THAT THE POLES TO THE TENT SNAPPED AND AFTER PAYING SO MUCH AND ONLY GETTING TO USE IT MAYBE TWICE IS SAD BECAUSE I NEEDED TO USE IT AFTER THAT AND NO!!! I did not know I could replace the poles BUT I should not have to if they advertised EXTREMELY ENFORCED POLES. In conclusion make sure it doesn’t rain or you won’t be able to use it after. But with the right tent pole it can even with hold winds and even snow. PS DO NOT ANCHOR IT DOWN BECAUSE IT BREAKS THE PLASTIC PIECE THAT IS ATTACHED THE THE TENT TO INCERT THE ANCHORS!

Nice compact spray tent. It's both very portable, so I can move it where I need it, and quick to set up; and easy to store away.

Multiple uses for this tool
I purchased this for spray painting in my very windy area, but found it is also useful for containing dust thrown off by grinding and polishing small to medium sized parts. In the pics, I show a cage for a 1915 GE reciprocating table fan after I stripped off more than a hundred years of paint. Underneath the paint I found brass-plated steel and used a coarse brush on my Dremel to polish the surface and especially the attachment points. Due to rainy weather, I had to do the polishing in my workshop and the enclosure kept the dust from coating my workbench. You can see in the second picture how much fine particulate matter was contained. Yes, it is a bit challenging to fold back up, as other reviewers have said, but the usefulness far outweighs my comical efforts to put the genie back in the bottle. Lol

Its ok but not good
Ideal for spraying small items but useless for larger stuff, Floor mat is of no use whatsoever and opening needs to be larger

This is a must for small paint jobs
I absolutely love this product. I needed to spray paint a kitchen table. Managed to fit the entire table in it with room to spare. This is an absolute must for anyone who intends to do small-scale spray painting. I also recommend goggles and breathing apparatus. The tent comes in its own zipper pouch. As soon as you pull it from the pouch and remove the strap it springs out into shape. Brilliant ! Folding it down is enjoyable too. Fantastic bit of engineering how it works. Anyway I really rate it.
