SolarPoolSupply went above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent customer service for me. I had a small issue with my order of solar panel plugs, and I called the vendor SolarPoolSupply and spoke to Tyler Williams who quickly answered the phone. No waiting on hold or listening to an automated voice mail or instructions to send an email etc. etc. that we're all used to by now. How nice to have a real person quickly answer the phone. Tyler advised me to snap a photo and upload my Amazon invoice to them and he'd take care of the problem. I snapped the photo and uploaded the invoice, and the next day the solution was in the mail and I received it two days later. The solution was far beyond what I had expected prior to contacting Tyler and the problem was rapidly and totally solved, and that's very much appreciated. Companies that go above and beyond to make a customer satisfied deserve to receive recognition and appreciation for their efforts. Wasn't sure of the size so ordered the combo pack. I need the small size. Used a small Allen wrench to do the install with. The secret being it's small enough to not expand the plug so it will still slip in the tube easily. I also put some vaseline on the end of the wrench and inserted if into then plug a few times before installing to help it slip out easily. Easy pressure on the wrench and the thumb on the outside pushing worked for me. Stopped the leak.

Bought the solar panel plug kit and extra plugs for a failing heat exchanger. The plugs did the trick but there were several that didn't have the hole in the end for insertion into the leaky tube. Emailed the company and they promptly sent out a bag of replacement plugs - NO questions - thank you !!!

Originally bought the kit with the large plugs, this includes cutting tool. They worked, but stuck out of the repaired sections. The. 025 size I wound up reordering were perfect. Slid right in as per the instructions. Saved me the 400$ for a new panel.Simple and easy. Follow the instructions.

Honestly I’ve done more damage than repair with these. They puncture with tools. They make worse holes trying to install. How I fixed mine: DRY OUT PANEL CUT OUT LEAK SHOOT A BUNCH OF FLEXISHOT INTO HOLE Wait two days. No more leaks. EVER. OR JUST PAINT PIN HOLES WITH FLEXISEAL. DONE.
