So glad I researched and found this. I haven’t been tested for the MTHFR gene, but symptoms are similar. I’ve been taking for 2 months. I feel great. My doctor prescribes the methylfolate through a mail order and they charge me $190 for 3 months. Where as here you get a 90-day supply for $33 (approximately). You can't go wrong with the pricee! In addition you get the B vitamins that are necessary. I have found that they actually help a little bit more than the expensive mail order - primarily just helping my medication work better. The size is a little large for me, but that is just because I have swallowing issues. The quality of the product is great. I do feel some difference, but I have only taken it a few months, so I am hoping with a few more months under my belt the results will get even better.

Been taking everyday for the last 3 weeks. I have been feeling a bit more alert and wake up right away instead of dragging around for 15-30 minutes. I also have been taking methyl blue so can’t say if it’s one or the other. However, I notice feeling like there are sparks in my body and I feel something in my throat.
