Hi Simon, these packages are manually packed by the sellers and sometimes errors are made. I suggest you contact the seller directly via “manage my order” and they should post one to you. Alternatively you can return the package to Amazon and request replacement. I have checked my recent sales and could not find your order, it is most likely one of the other sellers.
