J’ai acheté ce pack de gels pour préparer un semi-marathon et je suis conquise. Déjà, la texture liquide est un vrai plus : ça passe tout seul, sans avoir besoin de boire immédiatement après, contrairement à d’autres gels souvent trop épais ou écœurants.
