I have quite a few chronic health problems and this has been my go to vitamin. I'm on a lot of medication which can mess up my hair and skin and all that and it seems to have helped some. I take it regularly and I think it's helped me feel more energetic. I feel better taking a wholesome vitamin when my busy job often means I don't get to eat what I should, this helps to fill the gap. It doesn't bother me stomach. There's a minor taste to it but it's almost reminiscent of berry flavor, so it's not as bad as some vitamins taste wise. Size it tolerable, I'm not the best at swallowing pills but this is easy to handle. The ingredients list is good with the natural sources and Amazon always has it priced at a fair value for the money. Quality is consistent with these too and I like being able to order them in a large quantity so I don't run out.

Very well thought-out and works great! My last multi vitamin made my urine a bright, shocking neon yellow. Too much vit B and my body passed it off, bt it was weird enough for me to do a search and found it's harmless, but it was weird anyway. This does not do that and I feel wonderful! Should I tell you I'm 73 so feelingg good means a lot to me. Easy to use, too! 5 Stars!

I have been taken these for 2 years. The pill is large so if you gave trouble with large pills this may not be for you.

Pre packaged vitamins are difficult for me. But these so far are being tolerated. I am sensitive to zinc and iodine and the amounts aren't triggering a reaction. I needed some vitamin support since I have colitis and I am not able to take in nutrients through my food. Its hard white rice, white bread, a protein, I dislike bananas, and low fiber veg or fruit.

A couple days of taking this vitamin you feel a difference. More energy. Easy to use. Just swallow with water. Has a vitamin type pleasant odor. Does color urine darker. Tastes like a good vitamin. Texture is more soft but not made for chewing. I’m a young senior and like the product.
