Look as if they'll do the job, but very disappointed that they arrived in a plastic bag, despite being described as eco friendly!

Wooden labels are a great size for writing on, very sturdy, just what was needed for my allotment

If it's true that you get what you pay for then these plant labels must be a shining example of you NOT getting what you don't pay for because, for me, they are practically unusable. The wood is smooth and they are certainly long enough but, if like me, you like to write the name of the seeds you have sown IN FULL, including the variety, you will struggle to do that using these titchy, tiny, narrow little things. What sounded big enough in the description turns out to be crazily narrow which must be why they were cheap. They might just work if all you want to write is "lettuce" but my rather more exotic Mizuna and Mustard Green varieties have thrown down the gauntlet and won. If only I had a 3 year old handy that I could give these to for crafting......although I think they might also struggle!

Easy to write on and writing stays on. I much prefer them to plastic labels!

They are so narrow and as soon as they get wet, it's impossible to read the label because the ink ran (from three different pens). They are no better than lollipop sticks but I wouldn't even use these to make an ice lolly with, they'd probably fall apart.

Make good plant labels at a reasonable price. Well pleased with this purchase
