Durable Exercise Ball
Regarding the ball itself, it is durable and solid, which is what I would expect from Gaiam. It comes with a tape that allows you to inflate the ball to its designated size. I thought this was great because you may think its reached its max based on firmness, but there is still room to inflate. The base is fine, but the cables I thought were useless. With some of the exercises, you cannot get any resistance because the range of motion is too limited.
