Review: Solid performer - As of this writing we've only had this little oven for a couple of weeks and haven't used it for as wide a range of foods as I anticipate we will but so far we're quite happy with it. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at how well toasting English muffins, baking pizza, baking chicken, and roasting veggies turned out. The capacity is good. It's spacious enough to bake with some of my standard pans (metal. I understand you should about Pyrex in these.) The roasting pan it came with is much better quality than I've encountered before in such an appliance, and it cleans easily too. It also came with a pizza stone which seems to function as it should. Standard frozen pizza fits inside the oven without difficulty. This is proving to be just the appliance we needed to broaden our summer eating habits because we don't need to heat the big oven & heat up the condo just to bake or broil food for 2 people. Obviously any such device would do that, but with this one it's been pleasant to do so. We did have a mishap in which a young adult accidentally set fire to a flatbread she was cooking. I believe this was the result of user error. She reportedly attempted to cook it on a rack that was much to close to the upper heating element in an oven that heats up more and more quickly than the rinky, lightweight, cheap model we used for the previous decade. I wasn't home to see it but know that she put it the flame out fairly quickly with no functional damage to the appliance. I was Not Pleased, however, to observe the resulting scorched and glazed interior of my previously shiny new appliance. The interior of the door was especially disappointing as I had been enjoying the shine, clean glass and useful little interior light. I'll admit I grieved & lamented for a few days. Happily, the application of baking soda & vinegar plus some elbow grease cleaned it up relatively easily and without using harsh chemicals. * I recommend consulting the booklet for recommendations about spacing and settings. Bottom line: I am not a person who drops $$$ readily in anything. I came around to doing so after conducting a fair amount of research on models and reading an excessive number of reviews. I was concerned I might have buyer's remorse but so far the opposite is true. We're really quite pleased.

**Q: Does this work as an Air Fryer as some of the more expensive brands/ models are called?**
A: It doesn't have an Air Fryer setting per se, but because of its high wattage (1800w) and convection/speed convection settings, you can achieve the same/similar results as air frying (don't listen to anyone who says otherwise, I've had this oven for almost two years, used it for "air frying" a ton and have been very happy with it.) I would absolutely recommend getting some baking sheets with wire racks (like these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XZZ3P6F/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1) to cook things in general (the racks provide for better air circulation) and if you want, a specific fryer basket (like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09HJNG8NJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1.)

**Q: What are the interior dimensions? I see that it comes with a "9x13" pan, but can a standard quarter-sheet pan fit inside of it (9.75"x13.56")?**
A: Yes, the qtr sheet pan fits. I have 4. A 9 x 12 without handles fits perfectly. My 10” cast iron frying pan fits. Use the 9 x 12 pan as a gauge. I baked a huge casserole of Mac n Cheese. I use this oven almost exclusively.

**Q: How does three year guarantee work?**
A: I bought my first cuisanart from Amazon.  Loved it!  I left it plugged in (for a year) and it stopped working.  Left it unplugged for a day and then it work but I had an electrical smell. Called Amazon and they said to return it due to smell. I paid no shipping.  I bought another one (wanted digital) but mistakenly bought the deluxe by mistake. Too small.  Called Amazon and they took this one back.  Now I’m buying this larger digital.  Love the no-hassle returns with Amazon and only convection/air fryer w/3yr warranty.  They’ve been around a long time!

A: Assuming you mean the things that go into the over, from the user manual:
• Oven Racks
Your oven includes two cooking racks. There are four positions to insert the racks into the oven. The upper positions have a stop feature so the rack stops halfway out of the oven. Racks can be removed by lifting the front of the rack and sliding out.
• Baking/Drip Pan
A baking/drip pan is included for your convenience. Use with the broiling pan when broiling. Use alone when baking or roasting.
• Broiling Pan
Fits into the baking/drip pan to use when broiling.
• Pizza Stone
Your oven includes a 13-inch pizza stone to use when baking pizza, pastry or breads.

I have to say, not only is this a beautiful looking appliance, it is also a great product. Cruisinart thought of everything when they made this machine. Very easy to operate and food comes out perfect every time. The drip pan is so easy to clean, not like the cheaper models that you have to scrub. Cruisinart also thought to make it so you able to adjust the bell so you can hear it. The convection part is quiet but definitely running. I love the speed convection. I haven't found anything that I dislike about this so far. Well worth the money. I've had toaster ovens most of my life, even another Cuisinart. This one is the best!
