Needs plug adaptor
I didn't realise that buying direct from parkside would mean it would arrive with a two pin plug. Have to use an adapter for it to work with UK voltage. Apart from that,the drill is extremely good. Great value.Would have given 5 stars if it had a UK plug.

12v Drill
The drill is small and powerful - I am trying to have one battery fits all and I think the 20v offers more tools, if you just want a drill then this is fine.

Trigger got stuck after the second use. Utter garbage.

Great bit of kit
Lighter than a 'normal' drill but stronger than a lot of screwdrivers. Got it to replace previous one (which I've had for years) as it takes the old one's battery.
