So, I’m a distance runner. I’ve only done half marathons before but now I’ve been training for a full. I used to run without any sort of fuel or water even for distances up to 13 miles with no issues(Wasn’t the best thing to do of course, but it didn’t bother me so I did it), but lately I had been getting headaches and heart palpitations after the longer runs. Of course-I find out this is due to dehydration.I ran 18miles with this last weekend and I ran 14miles this weekend and I have to say this is some pretty good stuff! I have been pumping this in my water and taking a Gatorade along with it as well as a cookie and the recovery has been amazing! I wildly underplayed hydration and how it not only affected me during training, but the way I felt afterwards. I definitely recommend this and we’ll see how this holds up next weekend on my 20 miler!And oh-careful not to OVER do it. I actually may have been a bit TOO hydrated last weekend with this stuff and had problems peeing for a while haha.

Great to replace lost electrolytes during ketosis due to carb restriction. Always got backaches and a tight chest when in heavy ketosis but couldn't figure why...this is a great mild addition to drinks to boost what is lost. I like that it doesn't taste like much like anything.

This is a good product to add to water or other beverages to replace salt, potassium and magnesium which may be lacking in one’s diet. I do intermittently fasting and find this is an easy and good product to replace the vital electrolytes.

No flavor

Buying bottles of electrolyte water is expensive, but I have found that I need a pretty steady supply as I age in order to keep muscle cramps at bay. This little bottle will treat a lot of water, especially if you find, as I did, that their recommended number of pumps per 1/2 gallon is too much. After some experimentation, I have found that 20 pumps per 1/2 gallon is perfect. The taste is so mild I don't even notice it. And the lemony flavor with that came with making it as strong as recommended was ok, too.

dont like the taste

I'm a long distance cyclist, runner and desert backpacker. I don't leave home on any of my outings with-out this. I've been in situations before using EnduroPacks where I've gotten myself into some real trouble with low electrolytes. I put this directly into my hydration backpack. It has very little taste which is good. There is no sugar like Gatorade. Even working hard outside all day around the yard I'll come in and put some of this in my glass of water. I've ordered this many times over and will continue to do so. Happy Trails!

Didn't love the taste. Traveled with it to Europe and it leaked in the ziplock and I had to throw it out there. I sent a message to the mfg and they refunded my money. Thanks
