Love them
Super comfortable, lightweight. They let all the air in, if you are using outdoors in winter you will need shoe covers.

Great shoe, but mind the sizing!
I'm liking these so far, after one ride on my Peloton. They are super light and quick and easy to put on for a quick daily spin, with just the single velcro strap. Heel support is good. Not sure I'd use them on any of my outside bike's, but great for indoors.NB - The sizing is small! I am a 43 all day long, but went up to 44 / 9.5 UK and even they feel snug.

Be careful of sizing
I take a lot of spin classes, I'll do a minimum of five a week so good footwear is a must! My previous spin shoes were made by Specialized and to be fair, years later they were still great, why change? Doing back to back spins in road shoes are too much, most spin shoes are designed for road use and so are made with heavier, thicker materials that just don't transfer into the spin room. The Shimano is a very light shoe that looks like an old 1970s slip-on gym shoe (God I'm so old now lol) anyway, the material is super light and effort is made to ensure full support and also to allow your foot to breathe, it is noticeable how the technology in this shoe is so different from my last. The shimano sole is very stiff (good) and there is great support for the pull up movement of a rotation, this also ensures you foot is pretty much free and unlike road shoes you don't feel all the other unnecessary straps and bulky materials digging into your foot.Be careful of sizes. Some shoes like my specialized are perfect fit, the Shimano comes pretty small, I went a half size up, it's still a bit on the tight side but I expect enough give over time. There may be a relationship between width too so maybe a full size if you have wide feet?I do recommend these if you are a 'spinner'. I love how super light these are, how solid the sole is and how Shimano has put vents on the sole.Hope this helps.

Great once they're on
These indoor cycling shoes from Shimano are perfect for the gym environment. They are lightweight, well made, compatible with 2 and 3 bolt cleats, and comfortable once you have them on. Therein lies the main problem - they are a struggle to get on as the slip-on design doesn't leave enough room for a size 43 foot. I sized-up, as suggested, to 44 for a good fit. I've ordered a small metal shoe horn. Fingers crossed.
