It came with the car kit. We were both quite disappointed when shortly after the holidays, we tried to purchase the home docking kit for that radio and had absolutely no luck finding one anywhere! We even called Sirius and were told they were out of stock and we were out of luck!I was so thrilled to see this Sirius SIR-STRH1 Streamer home docking kit at Amazon, and ordered it for my husband for Christmas this year. We hooked it up and it works wonderfully! We live in Southern California in a top-floor apartment. We put the antenna on top of a bookcase in the middle of the apartment, it's not even near a window. We aimed it up through the ceiling towards the northeast and it's picking up a strong signal, and our Sirius radio is working beautifully in our home now. My Sirius radio (bought in DECEMBER 06, was shortly after discontinued and the new home docking kits for newer units would not work.
