Prezzo elevato, prodotto danneggiato, rimborso parziale ridicolo!
*** Aggiornamento ***Dopo avere avviato la procedura di reso il venditore ha provveduto ad inviare altri €5, per un rimborso complessivo del 20% circa.Le tendine sono anche buone, prezzo un po' eccessivo per la fattura e materiali, ma si adattano bene ai finestrini del Rav4 senza utilizzo dei supporti forniti. Purtroppo una delle due è arrivata con un bel taglio di 10 cm, come da foto. Avrei fatto il reso ad occhi chiusi ma, tenendo presente che era l'ultimo articolo disponibile per Rav4, ho preferito contattare il venditore per avere almeno un rimborso parziale... che è stato di ben €5! Cercando di portare avanti un dialogo, con tutte le buone maniere possibili, per ottenere un rimborso adeguato al danno, la risposta è stata "." (un semplice punto).
