The down side to peel off is that sometimes it starts to peel without me wanting it too. I believe it is when my hands are wet from dish-washing and such. That can be annoying. I love the peel-off concept, however (unless I did something wrong…but I don’t think so…) the base coat along with the polish used and top coats started peeling up in less than 48 hours from some of my nails. Almost all of them started peeling off within the next 2-3 days. They did peel off easy, but I wanted something longer lasting.Now, if I was just looking for a quick color change, the peel off aspect is super great!! If you want something that last closer to 2 weeks… what I did was buy the regular (non-peel off ) versions of the Sensationail primer, base and top coat. This approach provided a longer lasting polish application. I’ll just have to use the regular way of removing the gel polish.This is the only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 star rating…..the polish, etc. didn’t last very long. One of the days, I looked down and polish was completely off my nail.
