Sensationail Peel Off Formula Gel Nail Polish Base Coat Refill, Clear, 0.25 Fl Oz

The peel off option makes it so much easier to change styles and colors, since it can be peeled off instead of the soak and file method. The down side to peel off is that sometimes it starts to peel without me wanting it too. I believe it is when my hands are wet from dish-washing and such. That can be annoying. Overall, I will use it more and more, for the ease and less damage to my nail.

I use this peel off formula under all diff gel nail polish. It comes off after 1-2 weeks and does not damage my nails. Been using for several years now.

I purchased the peel-off primer, base coat and top coat. I love the peel-off concept, however (unless I did something wrong…but I don’t think so…) the base coat along with the polish used and top coats started peeling up in less than 48 hours from some of my nails. Almost all of them started peeling off within the next 2-3 days. They did peel off easy, but I wanted something longer lasting.Now, if I was just looking for a quick color change, the peel off aspect is super great!! If you want something that last closer to 2 weeks… what I did was buy the regular (non-peel off ) versions of the Sensationail primer, base and top coat. This approach provided a longer lasting polish application. I’ll just have to use the regular way of removing the gel polish.This is the only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 star rating…..the polish, etc. didn’t last very long. One of the days, I looked down and polish was completely off my nail. Others just started to lift at either the front or side edges.

Better than original formula. It’s very thick and plush which gives you a luxury builder-gel look. Polish stays on well for at least 2 weeks (I haven’t tested longer yet). Removal is much easier than the original formula (no acetone or soaking required).Easy to apply and works well. Great product quality.

It is super sticky, super thick and will not cure/set! Unusable and not returnable!! Don’t waste your money! You’ll have to soak in acetone to get it off… defeats the peelable option.

I have VERY thin nails, so absolutely cannot have someone use a power filer on my and soaking takes awhile, so I tried this product along with the Peel Off Primer and it works great! No damage to my natural nail and I can use the builders gels and polishes I already have on top of this. I recommend.

Polished nails last for 2 to 3 weeks. It has a thinner viscosity so it’s easy to apply. Peels off easily, leaving your nails in good condition. No soaking required.

I do like that I can peel off the nail polish as promised.What I don't like is the residue left on my nail. I don't like that first first step applies a thin layer and then the second step is thick and difficult to apply because the brush is weak. I don't like that whatever polish I use fterwards is diluted and hard to put on because step two is chunky and sticky even after curing multiple times under the lamp. I don't have a problem with my nail polishes without the base so I know it is just the base. I don't like that it leaves a residue afterwards and you have to work to get all of the residue off.Honestly, while it does the job, I wouldn't recommend to anyone because it is frustrating to use.
