The bag looks great & very sturdy….was a good choice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not perfect, but a nice bag *by R***R on June 15, 2023* UPDATE: Good customer service is not lost on me. I’m including my initial review, but adding a star because I think this bag is a keeper in spite of its flaws. ORIGINAL: For the cost of this bag, I expected a little better. Pros: This bag is made of quality material and it looks good on. There is enough space (if not too much; see below) for everything and the zippers work great. Cons: There is an excessive amount of material in the laptop compartment (see pic). This makes getting my laptop down in its place difficult sometimes as I have to rearrange some of the material to do so. Not exactly a smooth, quick process. There is a bit too much room in the laptop area (top to bottom; it fits my 17" laptop nicely along the four sides however).
