This wooden buddha (made in Indonesia) makes an impressive addition to my collection of buddha from Nepal and Thailand. It is exactly like the photo, with great detail - the hand is almost oversized! - and I love the robe detail on the back. An impressive, spiritual piece.

Mine was as described but each one is unique. The expression on the face of the one I received is more serene and lifelike than the one in the photo, so I feel blessed by it. It now sits next to my puja table and is a reminder of calm before each meditation.

I simply love these statues! I now have three different poses in the 8inch size. I think I’ll start to size up now! They are a bit pricey but I love them all so that doesn’t matter to me. They’re well worth it!

The statue arrived quickly, packaged well, with no damage. The height and weight are ideal. The statue, itself, is quite attractive. The coloring is warm and looks even better when bathed in candlelight. It is lovely to gaze upon and an ideal addition to the altar.

I was somewhat expecting mine to look more like the one in the product picture but I realized that really wouldn't make any sense. It's a hand carving so no two are the same and so each piece is special, each Buddha's face having somewhat different features... which is it's own beautiful reminder of a deeper truth. Every time I look upon this I am filled with joy and peace. Worth every penny.

I love my new Buddha! He has a beautiful face and is quite a heavy, substantial piece. I was happily surprised with this product. The only suggestion I have for G6 is to use more eco-friendly packaging.

I love my Buddha statue. It brings calmness to my space. I like the wood construction on craftsmanship. I thought it was a little expensive. If it were $60 or $70 I would have bought two.
