Can this be used on the face?

My 4-pack arrived with a smaller unlabeled brown container that appears to have another scrub in it. What is this?

Does this clog drains?

No, it hasn’t clogged mine. I live in an older building and my drain is already a little slow, but this has not made it worse at all. And I use body scrubs all the time, not just this one!
