Bench lathe drive project
I have been reinstating my small lathe into a new workshop. As part of this project I decided to rewire the drive motor circuit for the lathe. I took the opportunity to incorporate these LEDs to indicate control circuit function, 'power available' 'fast/slow' etc. Found this type of LED very useful as they are capable of running directly off the 230V AC main. So object achieved and happy with result.

Great little indicator lights where space is at a premium and they have a comfortable brightness.

Worth the money and does the job needed. Probably should have gone all one colour. White and yellow hard to see on during day, blue green and red ver noticeable though.
