I've been using it in my coffee everyday except for one and overall good, about two weeks in now. I think I'm halfway through my supply and I'm going to re-order here soon. I messed up when I first got it and didn't read the instructions (that's on me). That first two or three days with a full scoop let me tell you though, it was a Monday and I don't think I've ever been so productive. I also got a headache by the afternoon so I decided I should read the label again and right there it says to start with a half a scoop. I did and over a week worked up to a full scoop. I ended up finding that about 3/4 of a scoop seems to work best for me. For one at that level the powder fully dissolves in my coffee (8oz). That ends up either being my one and only cup for the day or maybe I'll get a half a cup right after if I didn't get a lot of sleep. But I think that's my biggest take away. I don't have to drink as much coffee to get through the day. I add it to my first cup and it gets me through but I don't get that highly caffeinated feeling. I'm not sure how to put it but it does seem to improve my concentration/ focus, just feel like I'm a little better than normal. Kicked up a notch so to speak. Years ago when I first heard about MCT I tried it and didn't notice the same effects and never really looked at it again, this is certainly more than just MCT. Now that I figured out where my scoop level is at I'm going to make this part of my morning routine. Oh and the taste is good but even better with a splash of almond milk.

Wow, just wow, after sampling this product I am a huge believer. Upon drinking it once daily, there was a noticeable surge of energy and focus within 10-15 minutes of ingestion. The boost felt as if it stayed with me all day until I went to bed. I didn't experience any sort of crash during any of the days I sampled the product. The only critic I could think of if any would be that the text suggesting half a serving should be a little more noticeable. I didn't see the suggestion until after the first day we had the drink, but that's probably just user error on our part. I had my wife try and she loved it like me but she had to drink the half portion simply because she wasn't acclimated to such forward facing taste. Wonderful drink for it's purpose. Full energy boost for the entire day with no sugar crash. I give this product a 4.5 out of 5

I had a five star rating for these until the hard rocks delivered today. These must have been expired and the old formula. Quality control is an issue.

I bought these after having tried them from a family member. They were amazing, tasted great, texture was soft and chewy and shaped like gumdrops. I put them on subscribe and save for about 6 months. Until June 2023, when I received a larger can than normal. After opening the can, I see that the shape, size, texture have all changed to this compressed, rubbery cube. They taste terrible and are no longer enjoyable. It was a shame because it was one of the few things that you can have on Keto that satisfy the want for something sweet. I cancelled the subscribe and save, and am no longer going to order this product. Company broke what was a piece of perfection.

This product came in super fast, first win! I added one scoop (scoop included) to my favorite cup of Community Coffee. It blended easily and made the coffee taste like a delicious french vanilla latte. It adds a creamy depth to the coffee that was surprising and welcome. for only 60 calories and 3 carbs this is a wonderful coffee creamer alternative. It's Gluten Free, which is a big deal for us, as our household has a gluten intolerance issue. It's also keto and paleo friendly and sugar free (although you can't tell). I used it as a between meals boost to keep the fat burning away. Looking forward to many more uses and products from Wild Fuel. This is the second product I try from Wild Fuel, is also suggest giving their Vegan Omega-3 capsules a shot, they are great too.

I've used MCT oils before, usually in a liquid creamer or oil form, but never an MCT Oil Powder, so I was interested in giving this a shot. I usually find the flavor to be lacking in MCT oil products, but this was really good as a coffee creamer! For the record, I bought the Vanilla flavor. Now, this creamer is intended to keep things keto, which can be great for staying healthy and managing your weight. However, while this creamer is packed with good stuff, the best part - in my opinion - is the inclusion of L-Theanine. L-Theanine is an amino acid commonly found in tea leaves, and it helps provide a relaxed mental state (so it's why you feel so chill after having a nice cup of tea). I often need my morning caffeine boost and black tea isn't my usual morning go-to, so being able to have a nice cup of coffee - and keeping the alertness it provides while also being a relaxed and staving off the possible side-effects of jitters and irritability, is fantastic. So far, I definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a good tasting creamer without any sugar or junk in it, that'll promote being aware, alert, and relaxed.
