Watching video installation on YouTube was key to install.
At first I thought the hitch would not work with my car -- instructions and hardware were nowhere to be found so I sought to return it. I then watched YouTube for similar installs, and that helped build confidence (not my first rodeo mind you, but still did not have clear instructions with hitch package plus thought hardware was missing.) purchased hardware from local Lowe's, kept the hitch and installed it. hardware located as I was cleaning up packaging but NUTS were incorrect size. overall pleased, just needed to do the research.
