JUST GOT INTO IT AND THIS IS A GOOD CD FOR BEGINNERS AND SO GET THIS ONE BUT HERE ARE OTHERS TGHAT ARE EVEN BETTER AND CHARTS TO GO WITH IT AS WELL AS CARDS THAT TEACH YOU AND IS EASY TO LEARN.THX MECICINE

Product arrived within five days of my ordering it, and the DVD was of good quality. It didn't look as if it had been copied a million times like, 'The Complete Massage Pack: Basic & Professional Massage Therapy v2.0 DVD that I received.

THE BOOK HAS A NUMBER OF DIAGRAMS AND PHOTOS WHICH EXPLAIN THE BEST TECHNIQUE. I ENJOY THE WRITTER AND THEIR STYLE.

Great Resource.

This video is only about a half hour long. It seems too short for a decent instruction session. It basically goes through one complete therapy session, and that is it.There is barely any meaty information given towards the history of the practice, or the true meanings of the zones and reflex points.And just an irk, more or less, but the instructor looked as if she was constantly looking at cue cards for her speach. Either that, or shes got wavy eyes, but either way it just bugged me lolI personally would recommend finding something by the nature journey series, such as:http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00013F2JU/qid=1108866692/sr=8-5/ref=pd_bbs_5/002-2572832-0093616?v=glance&s=dvd&n=507846i found that one much more interesting and instructional.
