I order 3xl and it fit like a medium not true to size but in cut it up and sewed to a tshirt to make it work the quality is good just won't order this again

My husband is an lvad patient and this shirt helps give him relief to his shoulders, worth it y'all!!!

Instead of a LVAD shirt, it is a conceal and carry. While it can work with a little tweaking ( enlarging the barrel opening), there is no front pouch for the controller
