This record is good!!!!
Album sounds wonderful and is great. Amazon delivery was good and the album was double packaged so the record came mint and not damaged like my Dj paul record I ordered from Amazon. It came with a creased sleeve. But this record came good.

Great Vinyl quality. Even better body of Art
Vinyl quality is par. No issues. Packaging is what you should expect as a consumer. No issues. Amazon continues to prove why they lead the world in customer satisfaction. Timely delivery, to the point of being obnoxious.I love it when the vinyl and shipping quality are on point, it allows me to actually review the quality of the actual album. I especially love it when the album is a masterpiece, it makes writing the review easy. And when I say masterpiece, I am not treading into hyperbole here... While their self title is also great and provides many catchy tunes, it feels like this one, while perhaps lacking in the catchy department... makes it up with some fantastic melody and lyrics. And through these achievements, the quality of the songs can be realized, which is why I would argue that "Room on Fire" is, in fact, their best album. If you are considering this purchase, you have already made up your mind. Buy it already. Five stars!!

Must have
This is such an amazing record and the color press is amazing. I would say if you want a really vibrant blue color, definitely invest in a white slip mat. Either way, it looks and sounds great, definitely one of the best ways to listen and enjoy Room on Fire

The Strokes continue to do what they do best...
There's no doubt that Room on Fire has been one of the most highly anticipated (and hyped!) albums of 2003. The question everyone will be asking is is it worth it? The answer is YES. For those who loved Is this it? You can expect more of The Strokes raspy vocals, catchy choruses, jangly guitars, and erratic, rapid-fire drum beats. In bringing Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich to the table they have created a fuller sound without sacrificing the lo-fi origins that fans loved on the first record. Where most bands buy keyboards and call it the next step in their evolution, the Strokes have added them with a subtlety that always retains their signature sound. Throw in a few handclaps and youve got Room on Fire. Those who are expecting a giant progression will be disappointed. Room on Fire is pretty much a continuation of Is This It? And why should that be such a bad thing? My only complaint is the short running time (just over 30 mins.) but lets not be greedy and hopefully a third album is not another two-year wait.
