Great idea...poor execution
Looked at several YouTube videos and read alot of reviews. The reviews were just meh. I decided to pull the trigger and lost.First use, the battery operated pump was fully charged and it never got near the 5.0 lbs of pressure. It hovered around 4 lbs while the trigger was not pressed.I thought I did something wrong, so I left it alone and went back to the book to see what gives.Gave it a second go today and it's worse. Leaking from the faucet/shower head while it's trying to build pressure. I let it do its thing and it drained about 2 gallons of water without touching it and according to lcd readout on the pump, it never reached 5.0.Today is the 21st of August and my return window was closed on the 15th of August....go figure. If it would've worked, I don't think it would've lasted very long. Once full with water, it barely stands on its own, and the handle to hang it up on seems very fragile. Also the carrying bag feels cheap and flimsy. In closing, if you want it to wash your pets, or water plants, I guess it could work, but if you're planning to use it out in the middle of nowhere for yourself, I would look elsewhere. I'll try it again next weekend with the foot pump, (which really defeats the purpose of this purchase), and I'll update this if I find a solution to my issues.UPDATE- Had to go online and order a different barb fitting and slightly modify it so that it would stop leaking from the base of the nozzle. It stopped leaking as the new barb is about 1/2" longer than the original. No leaks, and the pump briefly reaches 5.0 lbs of pressure, but quickly drops to 4.2 as soon as it stops pumping. Just did the upgrade and leaving it full of water (no pressure) to make sure no leaks overnight.

Great shower, strong pressure, holds a lot of water.
I use this shower pretty much every day for surfing and taking my dog to the dog beach. It is an amazing product. The pressure is pretty strong and it holds a lot of water. Typically, I will go surfing after work then walk my dog on the beach so sand is everywhere! Once I am done surfing, I stand in a plastic tub, rinse off my wetsuit and feet, throw on my clothes, and walk my dog. After that, there is even more sand. My dog usually hates being rinsed off, but she doesn't mind this shower. It is not very loud and once the pressure is good you can turn the pump off. I accidentally dropped a heavy bag on it and broke a piece that connects the pump. The helpful CS team sent me a new one really fast. However, if you buy the one with an electric pump it comes with a manual foot pump as well. The only thing that some people might not like is there is a small leak at the bottom sometimes when pressurized. I keep mine in the same plastic tub as my wetsuit so it is not an issue for me. This shower is extremely useful for my lifestyle.

Great starter portable pump!
I got this pump back in April (2022). I live by the Gulf of Mexico and surf/dive almost everyday. I needed a pump that was small enough to store in my car when it's filled to the top with different gear and boards.I loved this pump. I wasn't sure how much I would really use it since most public beaches have showers, but let me tell you: I'll never go without a pump from now on. It was so easy to use, the pumping action worked amazing, great pressure, long hose, and the top lid kept pressure.I knocked it to four stars overall for two reasons:1) It was quite difficult to fill the bag on the go. I typically brought 2 water jugs with me to fill the canister and from the flimsiness of the bag, it was a challenge to get the water in without spilling it. I wouldn't recommend using a hose at home then putting the bag in your car because that would 1. defeat the purpose of having a compact bag 2. the bag will condensate and get water in whatever you place the bag in 3. The hose tended to leak from just pressure built up from water and atmospheric pressure, regardless of bag inflation.2) The balloon's seam ripped 4 months into use. Once the balloon got a small seam hole, I used superglue and electrical tape to seal it, but that didn't work. So, because I got the electric pump I switched to using that. Well, I tightened the screw and it simply popped off the hole. I think other reviewers mentioned this happening, as well. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see if the electric pump worked that well.Overall, it was the best four months with this little pump. I would HIGHLY recommend this pump as a starter for anyone questioning whether they'll really use something like this. I was truly upset when she quit on me but I believe I got my money's worth. You'll even become slightly popular with beach-goers too! So many people stopped me and asked where I got this pump.

Good idea...poor execution
I was really really hoping this shower was going to work as advertised. The design is workable, but the engineering and build quality of the components is poorly executed.1) The vinyl that the bag is constructed from feels extremely cheap. I would estimate its on par with a beach ball or pool blow up toy that lasts one season. Definitely not a durable vinyl like an inflatable paddle board or a towed wave toy2) The hose connection to the nozzle cannot be sealed properly due to the low quality plastic componentry. I even tried teflon plumbing tape to seal the threaded connection with no success. Any time there is pressure in the system the nozzle leaks badly. I worked with it for a good 30 minutes and it was impossible to get leak free.3) The hose setup has a few issues: a) the hose was kinked severely in several spots due to the packaging of the item, b) the outlet ports are not positioned in the proper manner to coil the hose for stoarge without kinking, c) the hose material is low quality plastic that kinks easily and when it does it deforms in both shape and colorThis shower bag is not worth the price (since it doesnt work) and I'm convinced you just won't find any shower that will work well and be durable at this price point. It's unfortunate that there's not a manufacturer stepping into the void between this cheap stuff and the $300 Rinse kits. For $100-$125 you would think a good quality hose and nozzle setup could be had along with a bag made from a quality vinyl.

One year review
I am unable to go to bed without showering/bathing first. There, I said it.I needed a portable shower I could take camping. This one fit what I was looking for in many ways. It relies on a battery powered pump to maintain some pressure in the bag (way better than just a gravity fed unit), the battery recharges using USB-C, and it's relatively quiet. I've used it for just over a year, mostly trouble free...until yesterday when a very important coupling snapped like a dead twig after a very short drop. Without this small piece of plastic, there is no real means for the pump to connect to the bag. I was able to force the two together and get some pressure into the bag, which I was forced to do because I was naked and mid-shower with soap covering my body. Necessity prevailed. However, there doesn't appear to be a long term solution, minus a replacement part. And I'm not sure how to get ahold of the seller? Doesn't appear to be an option on Amazon for this item (for me at least). The good: I've enjoyed several outdoor showers over the past year. Some were warm and lovely, others were near ice cold. The temperature you get will depend on the temp of the source water, ambient air, and solar gain. The water pressure *was* decent and I was once able to complete a wash for myself and two additional children. If you conserve the water and only spray when you are ready to actually wash, this is about the max number of people/showers.The bad: the spray handle took to falling off recently but I actually just figured out why while making this review. I'm not 100% confident it won't fall off again (which happens mod-shower mind you, and precious water is spraying out whilst you try to find the nozzle and stick it back on).The really bad: the battery operated pump can longer attach to the hose to the bag, rendering the whole thing rather useless without repair. I'd be a happy guy if the seller were to reach out and make this right.Bottom line: when it worked, it worked pretty well. I'm concerned about the quality of the parts however.Update #2: I was able to fix my broken shower (at least for now) with the parts pictured and the flexible end of a cheap ball pump I had in the garage. Purchased parts from my local big box home improvement store. Hoping to get at least another season out of it now...
