Within a very short time, a week at most, I found that my hands were becoming extremely dry, with flaky bits all over the place and even small cracking appearing, and this had been with me using normal hand soap. I was recommended this stuff by a woman I know - and also later, separately, by my son (who had been recommended it by his girlfriend) - and the effect was incredible, almost instantly. Within a day at most of starting to use it my hands were absolutely fine again, not dry at all, no flakiness, and no cracking, and felt great (but not oily or greasy or anything like that). Consequently, since then I have used it both as a general hand wash and also as a shower/bath gel and it is great. I 100% recommend this.
