I had no issues whatsoever other than trying to put the base together with the main stem. I had to use all my force I mean literally leaning my entire body into it like a wrestler. That is great because it means the connection would be tight and no leaking. In fact I have not had any issues. The pump is great, takes a little effort but overall this works like a charm! I can wash my hands, my tea cups and overall just provide some sanitation. I have a little bucket but will use an 18 gallon water bottle to catch the release of the water so it's not so open and messy looking. Absolutely love! The water comes out so easy. It does have a little smell to it but that's just the container so I advise maybe rinsing with hot water before? I also don't know what the probability of mold happening inside the container is but if you're using this alot, that shouldn't be an issue!
