I've spent hundreds of $ on various pillows and devices to help neck problems over the years... This pillow is probably the best of all! Great value and natural materials too.I wanted something that wasn't plastic/poly-whatever/foam; something more natural, not man-made and not off-gassing. Also needed firmness, and the ability to change that firmness to softer if need be. Size also important - typical cervical neck rolls can be too large both in length (bulky, hard to maneuver when sleepy) and in diameter (making my neck arch unnaturally, causing pain vs alleviating it).Could I possibly find all these wishes in 1 neck pillow? Oh, and at an affordable price too ? YES!!!I am very happy to say the Edomi cervical pillow fits ALL my requirements and has actually decreased my overall neck pain dramatically(!) just since I received it a few days ago. And at a decent price too. Holy cow!Buckwheat hull (the discarded outside casing of edible buckwheat) filled inside a plain muslin type zipper closure pillow (so that you may remove excess hulls if too firm for you). That is then enclosed in another (choice of color) outer invisible-zippered pillow which can be removed for washing. It's practical and functional. Attractive too! Best of all it works!My overall pain level (and crankiness!) have decreased, I'm actually able to sleep better and deeper, even an afternoon lie down is helpful to reduce pain and aggravation. A total win-win.FYI if it helps: I'm a 5' tall female, avg weight, C3 thru C7 issues from past injuries and MVA (whiplash), osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease. Extremely comfortable and supportive pillow once you take out a little of the Buckwheat filling. The pillow is very full, then stuffed into a tight pillowcase. Too firm for my taste straight out of the box. Easily remove some of the filling to suit your taste. Well made. Very satisfied.

This is a 3 inch bolster pillow, which is about 1/2 inch more than I need to keep the curve in my neck; so I thought this would be perfect. But I cannot use it, because even after removing a quart full of hulls, it still feels very hard under my neck. The hulls are not fluffy, even after removing the overstuffed quantity. They have a packed-down, solid feel that does not give at all. The sensation of pressure makes my neck hurt. The 3 stars are for the very high quality and reasonable price. The cover looks like something your grandma would have made you. I ordered the pink with antique lace. Very attractive. I like it so much, I am going to dump the hulls and stuff the pillow with polyfill and keep it.

The cover for this pillow is very attractive but the cover is so tight on the pillow and the zipper does not extend the full length of the pillow that it is impossible to remove it to wash! And the fit is so tight that even if I could remove it, if it shrank even a fraction of a millimeter, I’d never get it back on!I will not use this next to my face without washing first so what am I supposed to do!!

I had this style of pillow that I bought in Schaumberg, IL mall at a Korean goods (not grocery) store. My mom appropriated, confiscated, (stole) my pillow.BUT I found this one on Amazon. It's not quite as pretty as the other one (Korean jewel green color). But it did exactly what I need. It supports my neck to help stop my daily ache hunched over a desk, books, computer screen, AND THEN it prevents neck aches from regular pillows that kink my neck from my head being tilted too high with a gap between my neck and shoulder.It works for me whether I'm sleeping on my back or side.I recommend this pillow if you have neck problems.

As a massage therapist I have encountered many people with painful necks. The cervical spine is often compromised in the strain of lifting heavy items. This neck pillow is the perfect size for adding extension to the cervical spine . It allows the neck to "rest and nourish" by creating an easy traction allowing for elasticity and flexibility between the vertebrae. It's great for all necks but especially a Godsend for those who have strained the neck muscles and vertebral spacing. The cost is nominal when you're in pain! Take it out of the pretty cover for more sculpting to the neck curvature. I use this pillow daily myself! And recommend it often ! Get one if you have neck issues!

Okay. This pillow is AMAZING. My neck and shoulder pain are gone. I have never felt so rested in my life. I can’t recommend this enough. Don’t expect a normal, cushioned, American-style pillow. This one is small and stiff but it keeps your spine aligned and happy. If you are a crazy sleeper and wake up with a crooked neck and tight shoulders, try this pillow. There is a good chance it will change your life.

I have been using this pillow for the last few weeks and since using it, my neck and shoulder pains have decreased. The support, contour, and sturdiness of this lumbar pillow is exactly what I have been looking for. Prior to this, I would roll towels for support but would have to reroll throughout the night. I have replaced regular pillows with this and actually bought two pillows (1) for bed, and (1) for the couch!For support I give 5 stars, for comfort I gave 4 stars only because it does get a bit sore after long-time use (6-8 hours), and 5 stars for value of money. In my honest opinion, I feel the price is worth it because the quality is premium. I know I will also be packing this pillow for my next trip (2 weeks). I highly recommend this pillow for any persons looking for neck, back, and shoulder support. I am 5'2" and this pillow height 4" works perfectly for me.

This is nice quality pillow just the right size for one personThis pillow takes awhile for me to get used to but it does feel nice that I have some support as a side sleeper with my thin pillow added to it. I use it on my side of head instead of neck.I wish there's more instructions with pictures on how to use this pillow correctly. I may have bought a wrong kind of pillow since it's mostly shoulder problems I deal with, but it does provide support. I had to take a lot of filling out to make it softer that doesn't put too much pressure on my head or nape.

Excellent- Support is FIRM. Perfect for cervical spine support at night. It is not too large In diameter and just a little soft. Removable zipper cover a bonus. I am a retired physiotherapist and find some other flat and raised pillows push my head into flexion accelerating the natural ageing developing cervical kyphosis. Prompt delivery too.

Firm, with the right amount of internal movement. Well-sized circumference for a neck pillow as well.But it's shorter than ideal to put in a Queen pillowcase (on top of a regular pillow). And there doesn't seem to be any reason for the pricepoint. A great value this is not.

Forget all the expensive neck and back pillows out there, this is amazing if you have neck and back issues.I have terrible issues with the muscles/soft tissue on either side on my spine and around my shoulder blades, when I'm relaxing for the evening I'll lay on this (switch it around) and it totally loosens my muscles. It's great neck support too (you may have to remove some for the neck). After spring cleaning I'm ordering a couple more. This is the best product I've ever bought for my neck/back.
