I bought because I thought that will help me during post partum, but was not the case. I ended up using the always diaper and none of the other products on the package. The cooling maxpads caused pain because they are big and rough. The disposable underwear had to be used with something which was also not ideal and painful. The cooling and the foam are good, but for the price I didn't think was worth it.

Questo kit è stato la mia salvezza durante il mio post parto. Gli assorbenti rinfrescanti li ho usati il giorno del parto per attenuare un po’ il dolore dei punti usando anche la schiuma che dava sollievo. Le mutande comodissime e morbide rispetto alle mutande a rete classiche. Lo consiglio vivamente

Este kit es un must have para el post parto! Recomendable 100%. Calidad excelente, braguitas súper cómodas, las toallitas son muy muy refrescantes y la mouse refresca y ayuda con la cicatrización sobre todo para los primeros días en los que la zona está más sensible y posterior para sentirte limpia y fresca :)
