I am 133#, 5'9, slender build and the smalls were too small. Sized up to a medium, and perfect fit. Material has good compression, and maybe too much in the nether region, if you know what I mean. The longs are definitely long enough, which is great for my height. I like that the waistband is solid and doesn't have that "extra" elastic band at the top. I don't *love* the placement of the pocket being up high on the hip, but that's not enough for me to dock a star. Took me forever to find the right material that doesn't grab pet hair or lint.
