Product is very good and makes delicious and crispy sandwich in a very small time. We have been using this for more than 2 years now and based on our experience we have ordered another for gifting our dear ones. The only thing O would asked Amazon is to send the latest packaged product as we have received this time 1 year old packaged product although the warranty is still valid for next 2 years as standard. We are satisfied with the product quality and it’s usage.

Bad quality. I ordered twice and both times it was delivered broken into pieces! Literally pieces falling off it from all sides in original order and replaced order too! Never had such an experience!
