What is the point of sweating? What i would lime to know is if the nelt helps you lose pounds or inches from your belly

What this really does is weaken all of your side abdominal muscles to the point where they are not being used at all. Because they are supported by a belt that only needs to be used in the last two weeks leading up to a bodybuilding competition when you are already shredded to the bone and are trying absolutely everything to dry out and shape your abs. Besides said above use this will actually make your abdominal muscles weaker over time not stronger or more toned. Unless you are already toned and just need to sweat out the msg and salt from the 3lbs of Chinese food you ate after your bodybuilding competition.

I’m 5’2 and 145 pounds. Would a small or medium be good for me?

I'm 5'2 and 145 pounds, I ordered the medium and it was huge, sent it back and got the small and fits much better. The medium wrapped around me way too far so I was unable to get it tight. Needs to be tight to get the sweat!

I like the material and that it really gets a good sweat. I dislike it runs big so if size down if you want a tight fit.

I only started using this, this week. But I do notice SO MUCH MORE SWEAT when I take it off. I walk about 2 miles a day in it. I have not been using it long enough to notice results yet but so far so good! It is also very comfortable. I can sit in it or jog and it is still comfortable.

This is a great waste trainer to have a nice sweat even when walking. It’s comfortable if running and/or walking, the Velcro strength is strong even after a wash. It doesn’t move while working out, it stays in place. A great fit. I have ordered multiple over time for myself and others. I always recommend this as a great sweat it out waste trainer.
