Very sturdy product
I purchased this product to use it to lock my expensive e-bike at train station. Within first week of purchase, lock stopped functioning (got stuck) due to rain. I believe some corrosion happened inside the lock. I reported the issue to the seller and she was able to send me a replacement lock immediately. I like the product. It it very sturdy. Chain strength (12mm) is incomparable to other similar products in the market. I am happy with the product and need not to say with the customer service provided by the seller.

Bought it 6 months ago when i got my scooter. I still have my scooter so thats a good sign. Very heavy and strong. Good deal.

A bit finicky
No one is gonna try a steal this with a chain like it has. However it might be a bit too secure. The cylinders donāt always line up with the key, so you have to play with the lock a bit sometimes. If it ever decides not to cooperate, your arenāt getting your bike off the rack that day. Might be easier to pick the lock, but itās still a great deterrent. Just not sure for every day use.

Well worth the money
Awesome purchase. When I purchased my bike, the dealer was trying to sell me something similar for $100. This chain was a fraction of the price and even more sturdier than hoped
