How much does each crutch weigh, individually?

Per the description the crutches weigh 4.5 pounds. I don't know if that is accurate as I donated the crutches when I no longer needed them. I do know they were heavier than my old regular crutches. It wasn't a problem for me as I only used these folding crutches when I needed to travel.

what keeps them together when folded?

Nothing. They fold but don't stay flat. I made an elastic band with Velcro on the ends to keep them together. You could just tie anything around them a well. There is an elastic chord attaching the pieces of crutches together. There is some tension on the elastic when the crutches are folded but that also makes it easy to realign to walking length. That's why they need something to hold them into the folded position. My husband has been an amputee for many years and these crutches have been so helpful for traveling. They fit in our suitcase.

What are the approximate dimensions when folded?

I think about 2 ft approx. They came in really handy when traveling.

Does the crutch come with sizing instructions

Hello, these crutches are adjustable for users height from 4’11” to 6’4”. The packaging shows how to adjust but does not indicate exact sizing as everyone is built slightly different.
