Wonderful scent
Having never tried these before, I am very surprised at how well these things scented the house. Very easy to use, creates very little smoke due to short burn time, and smell seems to linger for longer than expected which is great. I will purchase these again.

Best Way to Freshen the Air
I'm not a fan of air freshener/scenting type products and am usually the person in the room moving away from the source and/or discretely (I hope) holding my nose! These papers are terrific! They are quickly consumed (reducing the open flame anxiety) but provide a lovely, refreshing scent. And, let's face it, the whole French ambiance is attractive! I'm still working out a proper holder (there's a tendency for the last bit not to burn when folded and put in a dish). I've seen the vendor's holders (too big). That aside, I will continue to use these papers and plan on sharing with friends.

Glad I ordered
Smells wonderful, easy to use, I like the fact that it takes short time but the smell lingers.

It smells like sandalwood and myrrh
I discovered these while studying abroad in Paris and they are just the right alchemical trick to get rid of pesky and heavy odors. We leave it in the bathroom and burning a half sheet takes care of any issues. It smells like sandalwood and myrrh. A very nice scent without having to worry about leaving any burning candles behind or spraying toxic room sprays.

Work well, long lasting
Great but very strong smell. You only need a small piece so they last for awhile.

Scent nice but don’t last.
The scent is great but you have to keep striking a match to them! The papers do not continue to burn. I had some directly from Europe and they were much better. I won’t buy again!

Smells like holy days incense
I was so excited about these. They are fun to use, but the remind me of the incense in church when I was a kid. Cough cough. Not so great

Memories....
Having lived in France for over four years, the aroma of d'Armenie brings back warm memories. These little paper gems are so simple, easy to use, and amazingly fragrant; there is no wonder why they are a staple in almost every French Household. For anyone who is curious on WHAT exactly they are, its pretty simply equated to incense, the only difference is that they are small sheets of paper that you fold into an accordion shape, place on a plate or dish, one end is lit briefly then blown out. As the paper smolders (for about 1 minute), it leaves an amazing bouquet of floral and sandel wood scents behind that linger for days. I was so thrilled when I ran across this on amazon, and at such a great value too.
