Its definately a struggle with this thing on.....by struggle I mean to breathe which is what you want I guess. I could barely last 8 minutes with it on the lowest setting and the filter removed from it. Going to take a looong time for me to get used to this but I needed a way to make my workouts more intense since I cant increase weight load anymore and Rona' has me avoiding the gyms

The frame of the mas is to hard and does not align very well with my face. It leave space between the mask and my cheeks. I need to pad it with some cotton from inside to make it align/touch firmly the skin of my face.

During this adjustment period of going to the gym during Covid, this mask has been a savior. The first few times will take some getting used to; you'll have to make a few adjustments, but after that you're golden. I would DEFINITELY suggest wiping the inside clean after every use and wipe/coat a little peppermint oil for freshness. The last cool thing to mention is that you'll look like Scorpio or Subzero from Mortal Combat while on the gym floor!

No idea why I bought it but it noticably helps regulate your breathing while working out. Looks rediculous and cant bring myself to wear it in public. Has no filtration to it so this is NOT a face mask to filter air. That being said, i cut and added filters to it to help filter air in/out. Made it harder to breath but that is the point of this, so that was a plus.

This is the 1st time I have tried anything like this, I was having high Hope's... and it seems it has stood on it so far. I wanted to give 5 stars but I will take out one star because of the plastic quality. When you use this for your workout then you have to know that it's going to be wet inside the mask by your sweat, so make sure you wash them atlest once in 2 uses, whereas you have to always open the front part of the plastic to pull off the mask band, but its very scary to pull off the plastic since it not at the best quality, as if the hinge breaks then there is no use of the mask. Whereas I dont know how the company is providing the accessories, for the mask or they are asking their current customers to buy the whole thing. So would like to know more about it. But so far helps with your breathing, increase the lung stamina. The mask fits on my face properly and I dont face much slippage. If this is your 1st time using it them make sure dont use it to the higest level.. start with lower level since it will not be hard on you..... or you may go breathless

Very good for filtering impure Air and dust particles. A smaller lighter model would be great.

Not easy to breathe. Tried to adjust the stiffness. Seems does not work at all.
