Is this a spinner set?

It is a spinner set, but you need to know that it works when going straight forward. When you need to turn you have to adjust position. So I define it as partial spinner not 360 degrees spinner. Having wheels does not make it spinner set.

how big is the cosmetic bag??

It's a pretty good size. The size of an oversized purse, probably bigger. I can fit my blow dryer, my straightener, my curling iron, tall can of hair spray & dry shampoo. All of my toiletries, including my bottles ofv shampoo, conditioner, & bodywash. And my makeup bag, including those extra things that just stay in my makeup drawers in my bathroom. Oh and 2 of my brushes. Not to mention the countless pockets both in and outside of the bag. I'm in LOVE with this luggage! Stop going back and forth between this and whatever other luggage you're considering and just trust me on this set. It's THE one! I promise! 😊
