Breath Right has two options. I prefer the tan over the clear. The strips work well, and I use one every night. Along with the strip, I use my CPAP machine for my sleep apnea. The combination works very well, and I find my sleep is better with the combination instead of the CPAP machine alone or the strip alone. I highly recommend either one, the choice is up to the user.

Perfect, wont come out if your face is a little greasy

Been using these for many years. They're not perfect but they do provide some relief. I breathe better, snore less and get a good night's sleep. Make sure to wash your nose with soap and water, dry with a towel and then put on the strip, being careful not to touch any part of the sticky side.

These nasal strips are the best out there. They do improve my breathing and I snore less at night.

Been using this brand and it works great. Only thing is, make sure you wash the bridge of nose with soap and water just before you apply it.

I use them everyday, work well for me

Used this product for several years now. Works well. Make sure you wash your face well, and (or) use some rubbing alcohol if you have an oily complexion. Size wise, folks with more dainty noses can trim the strips with scissors. On rare occasions I have taken one strip and cut it length-wise in thirds, taken one of those thirds and added it to the one first applied to my nose for a little extra lift. Just have to make sure that first one is on firmly.

The strips inside the Breathe right box are not Breath Right strips. Substandard product which does not adhere to skin for any length of time. Extremely disappointing!!! One star is too many!!!

The best nasal strip I’ve used but sometimes it doesn’t stick even after cleansing. Often wake up with it half lifted
