This book is an excellent read for anyone delving deeper into the electrical physical components of our bodies. It is very well written, light hearted ,with many stories, humorous,yet deep.By page 37 I had already called a friend and said "Get this book!" He said he would have his daughter order it for him. It is very easy to understand for all levels. I do highly reccomend.

My physical body is failing. I have end stage kidney disease and have been grappling with my fears of not living. I’m not afraid of death but am very sad not to live longer and to have my life have meaning. This book has eased some of that pain.

I was introduced to Mark years ago through his books and later via his YouTube clips. He is truly one of the best evidential mediums around today. His intelligence matched with his metaphysical abilities make for a powerful combination that is getting people’s attention. He us one of today’s light workers helping to thin the veil and teach us who we really and eternally are.

I like how he validates his personal perspective and puts his understanding in the context of his experience. Obviously we will believe what we wish. For myself, at 73 years of age, I’ve seen a lot of conventional thinking not pass the test of our evolving understanding of how life actually works. The afterlife frequency may be high school science 50 years from now.

I couldn’t put the book down. So profound and made me so hopeful. I felt unbelievably at peace after reading this.

Interesting and the science back up is a good aspect. The odd bit is a bit vague and you sort of think 'Hmm' but an interesting read nevertheless.

So touchy, but also thoroughly documented to help us understand better the connectedness that prevails between all of us, whether in this world or on the Other Side.All written with sincerity and most of all, with love .Many blessings to the author

Verbose, nothing new. Waste of time unless you are new to the subject.

I was hoping for more proof of life after death. A good read overall but I felt a bit dissapointed. I still have doubts which have not been extinguished. I hope I will be re-united with my family and pets.
