This product was easy to install. Pleasing to the eyes and seems to very durable. Even though it is a good product, I feel it is somewhat overpriced.

I got this product for my 82 yo father. There is a major concern that he could slip or fall on the cement steps at his house and we needed to remedy that. My husband installed the railing and we feel it is a stable, quality product. It provides peace of mind and added safety for my dad.

I was happy with this handrail and surprised at how sturdy it is. I installed it for a 2-step entrance. Only issue is the instructions do tell you that the hole for the anchor bolts should be drilled at 3/8".

Simple to install if you have a drill/ hammer drill for concrete. Very sturdy and looks good. Would buy again.

Porch step rail for safety. Every guest loves the rail. Very unobtrusive, but there when you need it.Exactly what I was looking for.

We bought this for two stairs and it was easy to assemble and place on the stairs. It was a great value and it works perfect at our airbnb.

I needed a longer handrail for our front steps and a shorter one for the back steps. The posts in this kit lend themselves well to attaching to longer wooden handrails you can get from the hardware store and look nice. I had trouble with the masonry bit and concrete anchors that came in the first kit we bought, but the second kit had a nicer masonry drill bit and stouter anchors and went much better. I think I was using the wrong sized bit for the first install because the included bit didn’t work with my drill, and the holes were very slightly undersized. Also it’s super tough to get four holes drilled in exactly the right spot in concrete. But if you can manage that, these posts feel sturdy once they’re in and are great value for money.I also noticed the price had dropped after my first purchase and the seller (not Amazon) refunded the difference, customer service was quick and very good.

The hardware that comes with these are completely and utterly impossible. They don't give you actual instructions on how to install or correct drill bit dimensions that are actually needed. Then Amazon suggests that you buy one as an add on sonyounthink they know what they are talking about, but that doesn't go with the anchors anyways Cause it's too small. These are a waste of money unless you want to spend the extra money on better hardware for them. Also if you need two different sizes forget about it because the hardware is completely different oh and no real instructions what so ever on how to install and if there is a manual that they are talking about I'd love to know where it is and why its so hard to find.
