Automatic Watch Diver 200 M Mens Watch Luminescent Mechanical NH35A Analog Stainless Steel

I am, quite honestly, shocked at how good this watch is. I've had several "homage" watches at various price points and this one is, hands down, the best I have ever seen. It's not perfect but it punches way above the asking price. It is a very clear homage (feel free to call it a clone) of the classic Seiko "Capt. Willard" and that design is a classic for a reason. The execution here is quite solid. The case, face, hands, and bezel are all great. On my copy the bezel lines up pretty well and the rotation is smooth with nice feeling clicks. The lume is the best of any watch I own. It is not without fault, however. The bracelet is perhaps the weakest part. It is functional, but it a little cheap feeling, particularly when paired with such a nice watch. It is a little bit of a "hair puller." The only other weakness is the laser etched case-back. It is a little rough to the touch and might irritate your wrist a bit if you like to wear your watches loose. All told, this is a great watch for the price. You aren't getting the incredible finishing or original designs you might find with higher priced brands, but you are also only paying a fraction of the price.

What a nice willard clone, item arrived in a black plastic box, no pillow or padding but wrapped in heavy plastic wrap for protection. The strap is adiquite push pin style. Its deffinatly not oyster quality but its better than the tin casio straps. For a 100 bucks with a engraved rear case cover and a saphire crystal and a nh35a movement, super brite lume, its a no brainer. The watch was functioning out of the box, wearability is substantial, Very easy to use and set if your familar with the nh35a, Willard , are you stunned? Update,.... After a month of daily wear the movement keeps good time, the case although resembles a willard is not. These clone cases seem to be proprietary, meaning a stock seiko strap for the 1970 willard or new aftermarket with solid end links will not work. You are basicaly stuck with the original strap or a nato or straight end links. Or mod a pair of end links to custom fit. Overall still a very piece at a great price. Like others have said, you could not build it yourself for this price point. Are you still stunned Willard?

After watching reviews going back 5 years on YouTube and seeing that they use a Seiko movement, NH-35a. I got one and Addies watches are well made and there take on the captain Willard 6105 or Seiko Tuttle watch is a great homage to the Tuttle style. The watch runs well no issues and fits great after sizing the band. Over all great workmanship for the price point. And just a side note to all who see videos that speak of the captain Willard, you should know the larger Seiko Tuttle watches are the Seiko king diver watches and are larger the kings run about $1500.00 dollars unlike the others Seiko Tuttles that are $400 just so you know if the others making videos don't.. lol

Good cosmetic quality. I find it's case and 20mm band a bit small for my 8" wrist. Unfortunately, it is running -36sec/day, which is disappointing, as many of my Chinese-made divers with the 34H movement are factory regulated at +/- 5sec/day. I'll have to use the Timegrapher App and regulate it myself, thus, the 4 Star rating. Go with a bigger Grand Turtle with day/date if you want a larger case and 22mm lug. Nice watch Addiesdive, keep up the great work!

Love this captain willard homage. Almost indistinguishable from the original Seiko turtle. Prob the best Seiko turtle captain willard homage on the market. Size, color, feel, it’s all there. Smooth automatic movement. Applied indices make it easy to read and use. Love the bezel sound and feel, as well as ease of use. Water resistant for me equals wearing when I’m washing my hands, haven’t put it to the test in a pool yet, but I’m feeling confident that it’s equal to the task with a screw down back and crown.

Incredible value for the money! I have lots of watches and this watch is REALLY worth the little over $100 I spent on it. It looks way more expensive, the lume is very bright compared to watches I have that cost much more. Feels substantial on the wrist, I have skinnier wrists and it was very easy to adjust the band to fit, I appreciated the micro adjustment that made it perfect. I'm going to buy more of these for gifts this holiday season along with a few bottles of Armaf Precieux which is a banger of a scent!! For about $150 for the watch and the fragrance? Really classy gift for any Man. My Son will love them!

The craftsmanship on this piece is remarkable. I was particularly struck by the case finishing—the juxtaposition of the mirror-polished edges against the brushed surfaces shows real attention to detail. With a finely toleranced crown and a dependable Seiko caliber under the hood, this watch offers a level of refinement usually reserved for much more expensive brands.

The past year I have been getting into watches. I absolutely love the fit and finishing of this watch. The lume is incredible, the NH 35 movement in my model is more accurate then I was expecting. I find the bezel is awesome. I find this is an amazing omage to the Capt Willard Downsides of this watch, the metal bracelet is horrible. I bought 2x NATO strap and I dress up and down the watch. It makes it look more classy and I have gotten plenty of compliments. The hour and minute lume is a bit weak compared to the rest of the watch. Besides those I love the watch, definitely would recommend!

Wanted a Diver watch. Went for this one after reading a lot of reviews. Took too long to arrive , but worth the wait. A homage watch to an iconic product the Willard. Well made. Feels solid , just the right size for my medium wrist. Nice solid band. Heavy-ish . Nice Dial. The Anti reflective Sapphire glass gives a bluish tint which looks cool. The Lume is magnificent. Shining a bright LED light for a few minutes on the watch at night ensures lume for easily over 7 hours The screwdown crown is a great addition at this price point. Has a cool logo engraved on the back and the Dial is nicely readable The automatic movement is Decent. In short gives all the Seikos and Citizens and more expensive brands a run for their money.

Este modelo consigue crear un clon muy cercano a un Seiko 6015-8110 "Capitán Willard" de los 70s, el famoso modelo que usó Martin Sheen en la peli. La caja: Sigue muy de cerca el diseño de la característica caja estilo cushion con el abultamiento que protege la corona a las 4. La medida es aprox 44mm, como en el modelo original. Hay que anotar que el reissue de Seiko del 2019 es un poco más grande: de 45mm, y el reissue actual de la línea Prospex es más chico: de 42.6mm. Caja bien terminada: está cepillada por arriba y por debajo, con las caras laterales pulidas, como el original. Este reloj representa un trozo considerable de metal, que hace indispensable, a mi modo de ver, el usarlo debidamente ajustado y no bailando en la muñeca. La corona reproduce aproximadamente el grabado del original, si bien menos marcado, pero por supuesto no reproduce la funcionalidad de asegurarla mediante un simple giro, sino que es roscada como cualquier diver. Esto trae uno de los aspectos negativos de este clon: debido a que esta bien empotrada en las protuberancias de la caja, resulta truculento el desenroscarla y extraerla a las dos posiciones... y después, volverla a enroscar. La tapa es screw-lock y es muy similar a la del original, tal vez un poco más pequeña. En este caso la WR es de 20 ATM contra las 15 ATM del original, asi que se puede usar como un diver bona fide. El bisel: Es también del tipo borde de moneda, y es un poquitín menos grueso. Las marcas son muy similares, pero carece del pip del original, debido a que en este caso se trata de un bisel de cerámica y TODAS las marcas tienen lume. El cristal con recubrimiento de zafiro es plano y sobresale del bisel rematando en el perímetro mediante un chaflán, de manera muy similar al original. La esfera: Reproduce de manera muy cercana a la del Capitán Willard, con las siguientes salvedades: - La ventana de fecha está un poquitín más cerca del borde y alcanza a comerse parte del índice de las 3 y sus dos minutos vecinos. Esto desde luego es consecuencia de usar el NH35A, asi que ni hablar. - La manecillas, si bien en su forma general son muy similares, carecen del leve bisel que el original tiene en los bordes laterales, una atención al detalle que le dan a aquél más categoría. - El segundero tiene la marquita roja junto al lume, como en el reissue del 2019. El brazalete: Es un genérico estilo Oyster. No está nada mal, con eslabones sólidos incluyendo endlinks (que son hembra), y todo cepillado, lo cual está cool. Eso sí, con el acostumbrado broche troquelado bastante chafón de estos clones. Si se desea dar un último estirón para tener el prop perfecto, es necesario conseguir la correa de silicón estilo waffle. En resumen: Seiko sacó en un reissue edición limitada del modelo 6015 en el 2019: el SLA033. Ese Capitán Willard moderno es otro nivel: con el movimiento que encuentras usualmente en los Grand Seiko y el bisel pulido al estilo Zaratsu. Por otro lado el reissue actual (SPB151) que ya trae el logo Prospex, tuvo la ocurrencia de cambiar el diseño de la esfera y hasta de la corona, por lo que Seiko dice que más bien es una reinterpretación. Desde luego, en realidad resulta ocioso comparar esos modelos con este clon... lo que en el fondo se está adquiriendo es una repro de un modelo histórico descontinuado, y sobre todo un prop: un reloj como el que el Capitán Willard usaba cuando lo enviaron a matar al Coronel Kurtz. Desde ese punto de vista, entonces podemos decir que este es un prop de muy buena calidad, que además se puede usar realmente como diver.
