No pre-drilled or starter holes for the side screws. How is it put together?** A: It is super easy to put together. There are pre-drilled holes, few pieces that are clearly identifiable. Probably took me 15 minutes from opening the box, to looking at the one page instructions, to completion **Q: Did I miss where it said there were no instructions or hardware? The wood (if I can insult a tree by calling it that) is the cheapest material I’ve ever encountered, the trays don’t stay together at all and they are trash.
